Ahn Academy’s TechBridges summer camp brings STEAM learning to kids in New York City!
This July 16-July 29, students participating in our innovative TechBridges summer camp will have the opportunity to be on the cutting edge of curricular innovations in which science, technology, engineering, arts, design, and math all come together in one program. STEAM learning is the new trend that is here to stay, and TechBridges will help high school students get necessary skills that will be valuable toward their college applications and beyond.
Participating students will get to work with leading figures in the field, including professors from Columbia and NYU, to develop their own unique STEAM projects. Day trips to Google (right across from Chelsea Market and the High Line!) and to NYC’s rich assortment of art and design museums will give students a whole new perspective about the intersections of technology and the arts. This is a great opportunity for students who will consider filling out college applications for a BFA at RISD, a BA at Brown, a BS at Johns Hopkins, becoming a D-School Fellow someday at Stanford, or countless other paths! As an added bonus, TechBridges participants will receive college application counseling from Ahn Academy’s senior consultants.
